• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Network Printers, Local printers, and Scanner

• Hardware Support (Troubleshooting) Desktop

• Installation & Configuration of Microsoft OS and Device Drivers.

• Troubleshooting of hardware and 0/S MS outlook, configuration, Outlook backup & restore and troubleshooting.
