WARRANTY TERMS


  • Proof of purchase is a pre-requisite to claim warranty.
  • Repairs under warranty period shall be carried out by Unglitch authorized personnel only. The details of Unglitch Authorized Service Centers / support required are available at our website.
  • In the event of warranty claim, minimum of 72 Working hours will be needed to replace the part, though Unglitch will try to arrange the replacement at earliest.
  • For services received beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of Unglitch Authorized Service Centers (Onsite or Offsite) , it is responsibility of the purchaser to contact the nearest Unglitch Authorized Service Centers and bring the unit to Unglitch Authorized Service Centers at purchaser's cost and risk.
  • Calls registered with the centralized helpline / Unglitch Authorized Service Center, wherein only cleaning of the unit / parts in the unit due to dust gathering on portions of the unit, general explanations / returning, particular software not being read / installed, are not to be construed as defects. Unglitch does not undertake responsibility on the quality of software being used by purchaser.
  • In the event of repairs, replacements or both, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. The time taken for repair and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
  • In case of any damage to the product / misuse detected by Unglitch Authorized Service Centers personnel or Onsite Technician, the warranty conditions are not applicable and repairs will be done subject to availability of parts and on chargeable basis only.
  • Repairs during warranty period shall be carried on "Carry In" basis. Wherein for service the purchaser shall bring the product to Unglitch Authorized Service Center. The warranty does not cover cost of transportation of system from place of installation to Unglitch Authorized Service Center.
  • In the event of Warranty Service availed Onsite, an additional Service Charge of 1500/- would be payable by customer.
  • In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, Unglitch’s prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.
  • While carrying out repair, Unglitch may use accessories or parts that are new, refurbished or reconditioned.
  • Unglitch shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. Under no circumstances shall Unglitch be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.
  • Incase of any Physical, Liquid or Burn damage, The Product will not be covered under warranty.
THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES
  1. The product is not purchased from an Unglitch Authorized Service Center.
  2. The product purchased is not used according to instructions given by Unglitch Authorized Service Center / Unglitch personnel. Damage (Physical, Burn or Liquid damage) caused to the product directly or indirectly due to any other reason will not be covered under the warranty.
  3. Defects caused by improper use, as determined by Unglitch Authorized Service Center / Unglitch personnel.
  4. Warranty shall be void if product has failed under certain conditions/types (example: Waterlogging, misuse etc.)
  5. Modification or alterations of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by Unglitch personnel.
  6. Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine/unit.
  7. The original warranty sticker is removed, obliterated or altered from the product.
  8. Defects due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to Unglitch Authorized Service Center or to the purchaser's residence, defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insects.
Under no circumstance Unglitch is liable for loss directly or indirectly for any of the following:
  1. Third party claims against customer for losses or damages.
  2. Loss or damages to records, information or data.
  3. Economic consequential damages including lost profits.
  4. Customer is advised to take back up for Storage Devices or Data contents before handing over the unit for repair. Unglitch shall not provide any storage backup service.
  5. In case of repair, Data contents may be destroyed and customer will not be informed in advance. Unglitch shall not be liable for any data, records or program lost due to repair.
  6. Warranty does not cover any third party software, settings, content, data or links, whether included / Downloaded in product.
  7. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of camera lenses, batteries, Keyboard or displays).
  8. Warranty does not cover defects or alleged defects caused by the fact that the product was used with, or connected to, a product, accessories, software or was used otherwise than for its intended use, Defects can be caused by viruses from your or from third party is unauthorized access to services, other accounts, computer systems or networks. This unauthorized access can take place through hacking, password-mining or through a variety of means.
WARRANTY EXCLUSION – MOTHERBOARD
  • Damage (Physical, Burn or Liquid damage) caused to the Motherboard directly or indirectly due to any reason will not be covered under the warranty.
  • Modification or alterations of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel will not be covered under warranty.
  • Any Issues arising due to CPU, main chip or graphic chip will not be covered under warranty.
WARRANTY EXCLUSION – SCREEN / SCREEN FOLDER / SCREEN ASSEMBLY
  • Physical, Liquid or Burn damage will not be covered under warranty. Incase of any Physical, Liquid or Burn damage, The Product will not be covered under warranty.
  • Any kind of internal liquid spillage or Adhesive leakage from the screen will not be covered under warranty.
WARRANTY EXCLUSION – BATTERY
  • Warranty does not cover defects caused by the fact that the battery is swollen, has been short-circuited or by the fact that the seals of the battery enclosure or the cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or by the fact that the battery has been used in equipment other than those for which it has been specified.
  • Decrease in capacity that occurs over time and with use of the batteries will not be covered under the warranty.

  • "Standard Service Hours" means the hours between 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. on all working days (excluding Sunday/public holidays). Additional service hours may be provided at the sole discretion of Unglitch in consideration of additional fees which shall be charged to the customer as per industry norms.
  • “Service Charge” means the amount that will be charged for Diagnostic or soft services (Non-Spare service) provided. An amount of ₹1500 (In case of Offsite Support) & ₹2500 (In case of Onsite Support) as Service charge is Non-refundable and shall be payable before start of service. Any part replacement will be carried out only after prior approval & 100% advance payment.
  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that Unglitch owns all the parts removed from the system. The product, or parts supplied to replace the faulty parts shall become the property of the Customer and the products or any parts thereof removed from Customer’s system shall become the property of Unglitch.
  • The Customer expressly and without limitation, consents to and permits the employees / associates / representatives of Unglitch to access or handle problems/failures or damage of data to the system or data loss caused by already existing problems in the system such as viruses, bad configured software, You understand that in the process of working on your computer equipment, there is a potential for data loss. You agree that you have the data in the System provided by the Customer for the purpose of service and repair. Unglitch or BIPL shall not be responsible for loss made during the necessary backups of your data so that, in the event of such loss, the data can be restored. Unglitch or BIPL shall not be responsible for loss or damage of data to the system or data loss.
  • Except as agreed to in writing between Customer and Unglitch, service offerings do not include the loading or reloading of the customer’s application, software or any data. The customer acknowledges that they are responsible for reloading their own applications, software after any such service has been provided. It is the customer's responsibility to backup data on their system and Unglitch will not be held responsible for loss or damage to their data.
  • Any service response times stated in the service offerings are approximate only and shall not form part of this Contract. All reasonable endeavours will be utilized to meet the stated response times, however we shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss due to delay in service, howsoever occasioned.
  • Notwithstanding anything else contained in this contract, Unglitch or BIPL (Bakku Endo India Pvt. Ltd) shall not be liable to the customer for loss of business, profits or contracts or other indirect or consequential loss whether arising from negligence or breach of contract.
  • All warranties mentioned in the job sheet, if any, will be covered through Unglitch’s Authorized Offsite or Onsite Support Centres only. At any point of time, this warranty should not be deemed to be provided directly by any of the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
  • Some Manufacturer warranties may become void if our technician, acting in its individual capacity, works on the hardware or software. We do not take responsibility for any third party warranties or for any effect that our services may have on those warranties.
  • The customer hereby agrees to defend , indemnify and hold Unglitch, BIPL (Bakku Endo India Pvt. Ltd.) and it’s partners, directors, employees, agents, associates harmless against any loss of or damage to any property or injury to or death of any persons caused by any negligent act or omission or wilful misconduct of the customer, its employees, agentsor sub-contractors or by any breach of its contractual obligations arising out of this contract.
  • Unglitch and BIPL’s (Bakku Endo India Private Limited) total liability to the customer under this contract is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant services purchased by the customer as evidenced on the invoice provided by Bakku Endo India Private Limited.
  • The Job sheet must be produced at the time of collection or delivery of the product. In case of e-Job sheet, OTP or link validation will be required for delivery. No deliveries will be made without above mentioned pre conditions.
  • Customer undertakes and agrees that the information provided by him is true and correct. Unglitch may use the same for the purpose of follow up and taking feedback on the services by and means including voice, text, e-mail etc.
  • In case of any dispute, the matter shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to be mutually appointed by both parties. The seat of Arbitration shall be New Delhi. The Arbitration proceeding shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, amended from time to time.
  • I fully understand that the services availed by me are not provided by any of the OEMs (Dell, Lenovo, HP etc.) or its Subsidiaries or partners.
  • I have, with my free will and with due knowledge, engaged to provide services related to my product. I hereby release OEMs (Dell, Lenovo, HP etc.) or its Subsidiaries or partners of any future claims arising out of the services related to this product/services provided by Unglitch, a brand of Bakku Endo India Private Limited (BIPL).
  • All warranties mentioned in this job sheet, if any, will be covered through Unglitch’s Authorized Offsite or Onsite Support Centres only. At any point of time, this warranty should not be deemed to be provided directly by any of the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

Capsule 360 Pack

  • This facility can be redeemed only once in a year.
  • New or refurbished parts can be used, as per the availability and requirement.
  • Existing Parts will be repaired in case of unavailability of the spare parts.
  • A minimum of 5 days of complaint log or TNT (Turnaround Time) is required.
  • Wear & tear, scratches and minor physical damages are not covered.
  • Liquid spills, only by water, beer or tea will be taken care of.
  • CIDs (Customer Induced damages) and carelessness will not get covered.
  • Tempered with the manufacturer’s stickers will not be entertained. Loss or damage due to a natural calamity is not covered. (Natural Calamities like earthquakes, floods, landslides, etc.)
  • The whole product will not be replaced.
  • The System will be repaired or serviced only at Unglitch service centres.
  • The original invoice is mandatory at the time of taking Unglitch’s services.

Booster Pack

  • New or refurbished parts can be used, as per the availability and requirement.
  • Existing Parts will be repaired in case of unavailability of the spare parts.
  • A minimum of 5 days of complaint log or TNT (Turnaround Time) is required.
  • Wear & tear, scratches and minor physical damages are not covered.
  • CIDs (Customer Induced damages) and carelessness will not get covered.
  • Tempered with the manufacturer’s stickers will not be entertained.
  • Loss or damage due to a natural calamity is not covered. Calamities like earthquakes, floods, landslides, etc.
  • The whole product will not be replaced.
  • Batteries & adapters are not covered under this pack.
  • After taking our services, the faulty parts become our property and cannot be returned.
  • The System will be repaired or serviced only at Unglitch service centres.
  • The original invoice is mandatory at the time of taking Unglitch’s services.
